Update on Recent Changes

We understand that there have been many changes in the last few months related to trade between countries and that some of our customers may be hesitant to order from what they believe is a U.S. company – BUT – we want to reassure you that by ordering from SmileMakers you ARE supporting a Canadian company. While we do have operations in the U.S., we’ve had a strong presence in Ajax, Ontario for over 30 years and are part of Berkshire Hathaway, which employs 250 Canadians nationwide – including your dedicated team right here in Ajax.

We also want to inform you that we do pay Canadian taxes, including EHT, and we remain committed to supporting the communities we serve across Canada.

Another change that we are sure you are aware of is the rising tariffs. Rest assured we are navigating the impact of increased tariffs, and we promise we are doing everything we can to minimize the effect on our customers, while still continuing to provide the high-quality products you rely on.
